The CCvV is currently chaired by Mr. Juan Lourens of the STrAF union.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Lourens has indicated that, as chair, his focus will include increasing public awareness of the CCvV\u2019s work and implementing changes in its operations aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Wendy Calmes of the ABVO union has been appointed as the new vice chair of the CCvV.<\/p>\n<p>The chairmanship of the CCvV rotates annually among the five unions represented within the committee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willemstad, 5 June 2025 \u2013 As of 1 May, the chairmanship of the Central Committee of Trade Unions (CCvV) has changed.
