Willemstad, May 6, 2024 – During the monthly meeting of the Central Commission of Trade Unions (CCvV) held on May 3rd last, Mr. Wendy Calmes of the ABVO union transferred the chairmanship of the CCvV to Mrs. Ayary Fecunda of the SAP union.
Mr. Gilberto Morishaw, member of the SITEK union, is the new vice-chairperson of the CCvV. Mr. Calmes has led the institutional consultation platform of the five unions in the public sector, namely ABVO, STrAF, NAPB, SAP, and SITEK, for a year.
Mrs. Rosiël Windster of the NAPB union held the position of vice-chairperson.
The chairmanship of the CCvV rotates among the five represented unions and has a duration of one year.
