Central Commission of Unions (CCvV)
CCvV is composed of union organizations who protect the interests of government employees and therefore, could be denominated as representative. For an organization to be considered as a representative, it must comply with some standards. These standards are stipulated in article 1 of the governmental decree of the National Ordenance, ‘Landsbesluit aanmerken representativiteit organisaties Centrale Commissie’, as published in P.B. 2016, no. 45. Each representative has a substitute member.
The current President of the CCvV is Mrs. Ayary Fecunda of the (SAP) and Vice-president Mr. Gilberto Morishaw, member of the (SITEK).
