The result of the bilateral social dialogue about legal position of public servants
Willemstad, 28 of February 2020 –During the meeting session of the platform Centraal Georganiseerd Overleg in Ambtenarenzaken (CGOA) on Thursday 27 of February 2020, the Government represented by the Minister of Governance, Planning and Public Service (BPD) Mr. drs.eng. Armin Konket, and the presidents of the five unions represented in the CGOA, namely ABVO, NAPB, SAP, STrAF and SITEK, signed the so-called ‘Agreement of Bramendi’, in which parties negiociated during a meeting that took place at the Acoya Curaçao Resort, Villas & Spa at Bramendi on the 29th of October 2019.
In the agreement there is a list of priorities on which parties agreed to addresse in the CGOA for a period of six months. Here it was also agreed on a procedure on how to address the priority points in a more efficient and effective way.
